If you are learning to fly, you will have an instructor, who tells you what to do. On your first solo flight, you will know what it’s like to actually fly an airplane. The seat next to you is empty and you are alone, with no one to help you fly. Life is like that you know; the best of qualified people can teach us, but it’s nothing like actual experience. Remember this the next time you feel like the sky has just fallen on you. Be kind to yourself, please.
