Managing my thoughts has become an important practice for me. It has led to me establishing a disciplined process of observing my thoughts. Filing them in order of their importance, and taking appropriate action from there. This way I send useless thoughts to file thirteen. Storing possible useful thoughts for use later. Then act on thoughts that benefit me immediately. It is so much quieter in my head these days.
